All Hands on Deck! Spring Fest 2014

    Thank you to those that have stepped up to fill in and help! It is great to see the support of our club through its members!

    Between the hours of 12-4 we are going to update those to 1 hours shifts! Even though you see three people needed during this time frame we are going to rotate and make it so at any one time there is maybe only 2 people actually working and one person roaming. This will allow the three people on to enjoy parts of the show during their shift and rotate responsibilities.

    Please continue to sign up and I will update things as I have a moment!

    Thanks guys! Still having some issues during the day of having things covered. The way these events are successful is if all of us can take an hour our of our day to lend a hand!!!!

    Thanks for those that have and thanks to those that will step up at the last minute and help. I appreciate it more than you know and the club appreciates it as well!!!

    We are looking for some help still to fill our shift for fest. These can be divided. The ones in RED are the most important for us to get filled at this point! Please post here to let me know which ones you can help with. Even if it is just and hour, let me know!


    Friday evening: 6:00-10:00 - More Volunteers


    Sat Morning: 7:00 - 10:30 - More Volunteers


    10:30 - 12:00 - 1 Energetic Person for Raffle

    12:00 - 2:00 - 1 For Entrance

    12:00 - 2:00 - 1 Energetic Person for Raffle

    12:00 - 2:00 - 1 Members Benefit Table

    2:00 - 4:00 - Amazing Energetic Person for Raffle

    2:00 - 4:00 - 1 Members Benefit Table


    Sat. Evening - Tear Down - More Volunteers

    ok I will fill another spot..... the 10:30 - 12:00 - 2 Energetic People for Raffle instead of just 1....maybe we will be really energetic then!

    Now who is going to step up next and fill a spot? : )

    Me and the misses plan on being there early. As long as nothing goes wrong at work from now to then. Will help with setup and what ever else I can. But once I go around and see everything I will need something to do or I will be board and want to leave lol.

    I can do the members benefit table from noon - 2pm. Unfortunately, I won't be there at 7am but will be as soon as I can be...

    It has been 4:00 in the past. The doors will open for people to start helping set up at 6:00 PM.

    I'll be available Saturday from 10:30 until 4. Other than wanting some time to walk around and spend money I can work whenever you need me.

    Its amaze how many people have stepped up at the 12th hour! We will still be able to use more people to help out through out the day and fill in as needed to make everything a huge success! I am super excited to have all of you as part of the club and have been honored with the privilege of coordinating this fest! Without the help of so many amazing people this type of event would never happen!

    As all of you have picked up shifts, I will be working every minute between now and then (with a little rest of course) but look forward to seeing all of your bright cheery faces at Spring Fest! Please check in at the front table when you get there and we will do our best to get you to the right place and get you the information that you need in order to accomplish our goals for the event!

    I would echo what Nick said. Tonight went very well! I hope that tomorrow goes just as smoothly! The members of this club are the reason why I offered to help.

    I enjoyed spring fest it was my frist one. I was impressed with how it was put together and how smooth everything went. The vendors were awesome. Great job to everyone involved with put it all together.

    Yes! Great job Chris on coordinating a Fest that ran very smoothly!!!! And thanks to everyone that helped make it a success. With all the help seting up on Friday night, Saturday morning was a breeze!!!! Also thanks to everyone that worked the show and those that worked behind the scenes on the planning process.
