Spring Fest SpringFest 19 - Volunteer sign up!

We will need some help with set up and break down, as well as volunteers manning the entrance table during the event. Here's the thread for signups! Usually we would do shifts in 2-hour increments.

So if you'd like to help, please specify if you'll be available night before, day-of, and times you'd like to help. Obviously we don't turn away longer commitments than 2 hours

March 16th 6-10pm night-before setup - put out all tables, chairs, help out-of-town vendors.

March 17th 6am open, I'll be there to let in vendors etc. Low requirement for onsite help at that point. Things will kick up around 8AM, show is 11-3. Tear down afterward. We will need two people at the entrance table for the whole show.

I can help the night before and the day of, if you'd like to put me on the list?

 

Put me down for helping with the entrance table for the last shift and helping after. I will most likely be able to help set up as well

 

I can be there after 9 am if not before coming from cr and can help out in the back ground or sit at the table

 

Plan on being there to help setup Friday. Can also help out at the check in table if needed.
