    I have been trying to upload pics for profile and avatar, and neither is accepting my picture.  The profile pic gives me no error, but under Edit Profile - About Me - Profile Picture, it says "The image you are uploading is either too large or isn't a valid format".  It's a jpeg, 260x209, 11.4 kb.  So what do I have wrong?
