Do you have an Apex? If you do you don't need a ATO in my opinion . Use a BOB from apex and a few float seitchs and your golden.

 

While I agree I don't have the funds to complete that project. From what I read I need a BOB and a PM1 and all the equipment. At that rate I'd just buy a proven self contained ATO. But for now I'm just trying to get something to help me out with my top offs.

 

What base unit Apex do you have? If its full apex the all you need is two float switches or even one and the BOB. BOB can be DIY even. I have a ATO diy if you need something. It would need a float switch I think. I will locate it and PM you OK.
