For Sale 220 gallon tank, stand, sump, skimmer, sand, and live rock

I'm getting out of the hobby for a while and am getting ready to sell off everything.

Tank is a 220g with 2 side overflows. It does have a few scratches due to the algae scrubber getting sand caught in it. Selling tank, stand, sump, and skimmer for $600. The skimmer is a separate tank that runs with 2 mag 5 pumps. The sump is an Oceanic systems Trickle filter which I converted into a sump. I believe it is either a 55 or 75g.

I'm not sure exactly how much live rock I have, but I believe it is upwards of 300 lbs. It is currently sitting in tubs with heater and circulation. The rock has tons of pods and serpent stars. $1.75/lb.

I have about 3.5 5gal buckets full of sand. Asking $75 for all of it.
