After getting skunked mushroom hunting this morning we decided to play in the rain since it was nice & warm.
Looks like a good time for sure, we are heading down south for morrels next weekend. Haven't heard if they are up yet or not, I think we need a couple more weeks here yet. I could be wrong who knows...
looks like you were having some fun,i agree with waverz, next week more rain, highs still lower 60s,lows still 40s.i am headin south next weekend and by mothers day with some sun, could be poping like popcorn(lets hope)i see that people are finding small ones in southern marian co(down by lake red rock) and they say that with the right temps, morels move about a 100 miles a week
In my biology class we learned they are the fastest moving plant like fungi and they can move up to 1/2 a mile a day.
